Centre Social Dance (CSD) is incorporated exclusively for charitable, literary, scientific, religious and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as the same may be amended, modified or replaced by any future United States Internal Revenue Law (the “Code”). In particular, CSD has the exclusive charitable purpose of supporting and promoting the study and enjoyment of social dancing in all its styles and forms in the Central Pennsylvania region.
