Our Mission is to teach women and young ladies how to focus on Emotional Intelligence and well-being. We help those who are struggling with issues or traumas learn to let go of the emotional ties that are holding them back and impeding their progression in the communities. By recognizing that we are powerless to change other people or things we can protect our minds, energy and peace.
