Covering Families & Individuals Covering families and individuals in crisis while providing tools to assist them in eradicating barriers to self-sufficiency. Rainey Day Fund seeks to provide financial resources & referrals to educational support, and wrap-around services to men, women, and children who may lack the access to resources.
