Academy of Rehabilitation Psychology Welcome to the Academy of Rehabilitation Psychology Our Purpose Promote Dissemination and implementation of scientific knowledge to improve clinical care in Rehabilitation Psychology through continuing education. Define Refine and Expand In collaboration with our partners the scope of Rehabilitation Psychology practice and to promote the recognition of Rehabilitation Psychology within and beyond the profession of psychology. Encourage Students in psychology to enter Rehabilitation Psychology with the intention of attaining Board Certification in the specialty and to encourage those already practicing in the field to pursue such certification as a means of consumer protection. Foster Excellence and promote clinical value in the profession of Rehabilitation Psychology emphasizing the integration of science and practice.
