They should know their community will stand behind them and provide for the future safety and security of their families if they should die in the line of duty. Scholarships for education and other support will be made available to the surviving families of the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty while serving in the military as law enforcement officers or for the general safety of our public.
