Initiating quality, multi-cultural programming that targets youth and focuses on the reduction of drugs and alcohol abuse, gang intervention, educational and leadership development to increase community image, growth and security. 3. Educating and empowering community residents in an effort to increase community and involvement, activism, and community pride.
