TO PROVIDE CARE TO THOSE CHILDREN WHO ARE NEGLECTED OR ABUSED AND WHO HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM THEIR FAMILY SETTING BY THE STATE OF LA DCFS. LCCC PROVIDES 24/7 CARE FOR THOSE CHILDREN, HOPING TO ENABLE THESE CHLIDREN TO HEAL AND GROW WITHIN THEIR COMMUNITY.
