One Day to Remember is a nonprofit organization dedicated to giving children who have a parent with incurable cancer, or any life-limiting illness, one fun day to make memories as a family. Since 2016, One Day to Remember has been a light in the darkness for children who have a parent battling advanced-stage cancer by providing them with one fun, cost-free day to enjoy together as a family. These children deserve quality family time that is NOT centered around cancer, where they can simply focus on making memories with the most critical person in their life: their parent.

💙This is Brenda💙 She is living with Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer, with mets to her liver and brain. When she applied for her One Day To Remember, she didn’t ask for anything extravagant, she simply wanted to spend time making memories with her family. Together, they visited Mustang Island State Park, where they laughed, played, and soaked in every moment.
