Be Well Rappahannock Council About the Council Be Well Rappahannock Council is a collaborative comprised of agencies representative of the community with a deep concern for the health and wellbeing of theresidents of the Rappahannock Region. The purpose of the council is to identify priority community needs provide advice oversight and stewardship to planned community improvements and monitor progress on priority health and social concerns impacting the Rappahannock Region.
