After getting cussed out for the third time since 9am and threatened for the second time this month, I’ve decided that our rescue phone will now be text only. Everyone can put their nastiness in writing and any threats will be handed over to the police. I’ve considered making this change for quite some time and hesitated because of people who only have a landline, or who have bad cell reception, but since no one can act right this is a needed change.
