Special Needs School - Stepping Stone: Inclusive Education & Care What is Stepping Stone. Organized in 1972 Stepping Stone began with two staff members providing services to six individuals. Today Stepping Stone is no longer just a school it has become a comprehensive service provider to people with developmental disabilities and their families. OUR PROGRAMS At Stepping Stone we provide comprehensive care for children aged from birth to five with various developmental needs offering specialized services like educational training therapy and family support.
