To create a thriving arts and cultural destination for Paradise as a part of our town's rebuilding and recovery, reinforcing the unique character and spirit of Paradise; To raise the necessary funds to design, construct and maintain the center in the walkable downtown Paradise; To engage with individuals and organizations of all kinds to maximize collaboration for positive community impacts; and To promote community awareness and engagement with the many varied activities, displays and performances available from our group members.

Concepts The idea for PATCH was first articulated in the postCamp Fire LongTerm Recovery Plan adopted by the Town of Paradise in June 2019.
