Tuesday was our first full conference day, and we had a blast. We opened up with a plenary about Chicago Solidarity on the Frontlines, enjoyed a lunch plenary about The State of AANHPI Philanthropy in 2025, and immersed ourselves in local culture and heritage with site visits to Chinatown and the National Cambodian Heritage Museum. We closed off the day by recognizing and bestowing awards to two outstanding individuals within the AANHPI community who have advanced the field of philanthropy to be more inclusive and just.

Throughout Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, the Give in May Campaign will drive support to nonprofit organizations serving the vast and diverse AA and NHPI communities. Through the immense challenges of the past few years, we have seen that our communities are stronger together. But the work is never done and supporting AANHPI-serving nonprofits is as important as ever.
