The organization was created to operate for charitable purposes by preserving the rich tradition of athletic success at E.E. Smith High School Fayetteville North Carolina recognizing the athletic successes of the school and in conducting annual Hall of Fame induction ceremonies honoring and recognizing the athletes teams coaches and supporters who have made significant contributions to the school's tradition of athletic excellence.The corporation also supports the high school by making financial contributions to school administrators to support their educational programs.
