Our goal is to increase the visibility, inclusion, and retention of women of color in technology. We do this by providing coding workshops and professional development events that build leadership, confidence, and community.

Were Changing the Face of Women in Tech Philly Tech Sistas is a nonprofit organization that helps women of color gain technical and professional skills in order to work thrive and move up in the tech industry. We do this by providing technical skills training and professional development workshops that build leadership confidence and community.
