Our goal is to diversify the tech industry by empowering women of color here in Philly with the right skills and tools for success. Our goal is to increase the visibility, inclusion, and retention of women of color in technology. We do this by providing coding workshops and professional development events that build leadership, confidence, and community. We are an organization aimed at helping women of color gain technical and professional skills in order to work, thrive, and move up in the tech industry.
