HONOR A LOVED ONE Victims’ Memorial Garden is a place where family members and loved ones of victims can honor the ones they’ve lost. Victims’ Memorial Garden, we believe in supporting our community, especially when they are suffering. The inspiration for the Victims’ Garden was born out of a desire to offer other victims’ a beautiful place for reflection, healing, and sanctuary with the hope of demonstrating to them our interest in their recovery and happiness.
