Millstone Fund is proud to support Sew Valley’s Workforce Development Program, which is advancing education, community health, and the arts through paid, hands-on training in industrial sewn manufacturing. At the heart of the program is FISP (Fundamentals of Industrial Sewn Production), a workforce development initiative that equips participants, especially those from underrepresented communities, with in-demand skills and access to stable, well-paying jobs in the textile and apparel industry. This training doesn’t just address the skilled labor shortage.
