Abrazar
Friends of Abrazar, Inc. (“Abrazar”) is a non-profit organization dedicated to preventing violence against children in Argentina. 700,000 Argentine children are victims of severe violence, and 1 out of 75 cases are reported. Abrazar seeks to address the issue of violence against children by educating the public and by making grants to organizations that work directly to tackle this problem. Abrazar believes that the use of technology and machine learning are emerging and effective means of predicting early-stage violence against children—a stage where violence can be more readily prevented through education and counseling.
