Please join DECA in welcoming Sarah Balch to the Board of Directors! Our Board is actively involved in DECA's mission, and we're excited for her to jump into the work we do alongside our amazing member camps. ⭐️ Learn more about her: With 15 years of marketing experience, Sarah Balch is the Senior Director, Healthcare Influencer Marketing at starpower - part of Real Chemistry. At starpower, she leads strategic development of Influencer campaigns for pharmaceutical clients in the dermatology, oncology and rare disease space. Prior to her role at starpower, Sarah spent 5 years working in diabetes care for medical technology company embecta, which spun off from Becton Dickinson in 2022. In that role, Sarah led the Global Digital Center of Excellence, developing strategy and content for embecta’s global social media channels and websites and fostering relationships with advocacy partners. In 2024, Sarah was recognized as a Finalist for Marketer of the Year at PM360’s Trailblazer Awards and as one of Ragan’s Top Women in Marketing. Sarah is a frequent volunteer at Camp Nejeda in Stillwater, NJ where her love for diabetes camps and the support they provide to children with diabetes and their caregivers was solidified. (fb)
