WellBeings works to transform the lives of horses and people by bringing members of the two species together in productive and meaningful ways. In doing so, we seek to 1) Be fully present and engaged at all times, enabling us to be sensitive to the thoughts, feelings, and needs of others; 2) Be authentic, living our values and bringing our whole selves to our work; 3) Be accepting of and strive to understand others’ perspectives; and 4) Continuously improve our selves and WellBeings’ practices.
