Child Care | Raise Montana
We aim towards improving the quality, affordability, and accessibility of child care in Montana. We seek an integrated system that is responsive to the needs of children birth through school age; and their families, providers, programs, and communities, recognizing our central role in sustaining effective front-line services. We advocate for an expanded public awareness of early care and education that values the healthy development of children from birth through school age. We support local efforts to provide consistent, efficient, and effective services to families, providers, programs, and communities statewide. We model and promote mutual regard, respect, partnerships and collaboration within the Network and in the broader community. 5. We acknowledge that diversity and shared leadership are strengths that support members, build professionalism and advance our mission.
6. We use a proactive, collective voice to expand our influence and further public policy goals.
7. We recognize the importance of sustaining a healthy, respectful work environment to include adequate staffing levels, compensation, and professional development for Network staff and member agencies.
