“Until you have loved a donkey a part of your soul remains unawakened.” Our main long term mission goal is to end the lack of knowledge and understanding that often leads to abandonment, abuse and neglect. Our short term mission goals aimed at reaching that main mission is to provide a safe haven for abandoned, unwanted, abused and neglected donkeys until a loving, nurturing, forever home is found; to offer our donkeys all the necessary training, food, medical care and rehabilitation to ensure their successful adoption; to allow them to experience love and attention while undergoing a meticulous vetting process; to educate donkey owners to form a better understanding of donkeys and their needs and to reach out to the general public to enlighten them on the donkey's history, value and the unfortunate situations that face them in today's world.
