B THE LIGHT MISSION WILL BE BRINGING TO THE FOREFRONT A MODEL OF EMPOWERING THE HOMELESS TO ESCAPE POVERTY AND DEPENDANCE ON OUTSIDE RESOURCES. IT IS NOT A NEW MODEL; THE CHALLENGE MODEL OF EMPOWERING IS BASED ON OLD AND PROVEN METHODS.
