Divine Konnections, is a program that provides housing to unhoused BIPOC young moms and their babies. Divine Konnection’s mission is to provide culturally specific wraparound services to underserved communities. It is our core belief that community lead mentorship and supportive housing programs for families and individuals will change the trajectory of our communities and our participants' lives.
