The Better Yourself Campaign provides Free and accessible Personal Development programs to people throughout Cape Cod, with a focus on low-income and minority groups, and at-risk youth. We accomplish our mission by offering talks and workshops on topics such as nutrition, positive psychology, emotional well-being, the science of happiness, effective communication skills, sexual health education, yoga, and mindfulness. We also strive to raise awareness about local and global social issues such as climate change, poverty and gender inequality. These programs are presented at organizations and locations that value the health of their communities and provided Free of charge for all participants. Our goal is to encourage individuals to adopt practices that will lead to healthier, happier and more rewarding lives.
