Mission Statement of the Brazos Valley Affordable Housing Corporation and theBrazos Valley CDC Inc. To provide quality services and products to the residents and businesses of our community in such a way as to maximize the affordability of safe and decent housing especially for the low income and to serve as a vehicle and assist in any way possible through networking andor forming of partnerships with other nonprofits forprofits and governmental entities for the purpose of encouraging community development economic growth and general improvement to the standard of living for all the residents of the areas we serve. Available Resources Financial Fitness Center The Financial Fitness Center has provided oneonone financial coaching to the Brazos Valley community since 2012. With the mission to transform the financial stability of individuals and families the Center has helped over 300 individuals and families develop healthy financial habits build or increase savings acquire assets and plan for the future.
