THESE PURPOSES ARE CARRIED OUT BY CONSULTING WITH PASTORS AND MINISTRY LEADERS, ESTABLISHING AND STRENGTHENING LOCAL MINISTRIES WORKING IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PURPOSE OF RESTORY, AND BY DEVELOPING RESOURCES AND MATERIALS FOR CONGREGATIONS AND LEADERSHIP WITHIN THE ASSEMBLIES OF GOD.
