CHA Resident Services OUR MISSION The Resident Services department fosters the healthy development of youth and promotes selfsufficiency among adults by providing a continuum of services both directly and through interagency collaboration which assist residents in reaching their personal educational and economic potential. The Work Force Youth Program The Work Force is a comprehensive afterschool educational enrichment and workreadiness program for lowincome teens in Cambridge public housing. Partnerships CHAs Resident Services Department together with many of the Citys service organizations offers a host of educational vocational and self sufficiency programs for adult residents and voucher holders. This Way ONward This Way ONward formerly This Way Ahead is a rigorous work readiness training program for youth between the ages of 16 and 24.
