Anaheim Police Association Committed to Those Who Serve We have a proud tradition of serving both our members and the residents of Anaheim. ABOUT US The Anaheim Police Association APA was founded in 1967 and is the sole recognized bargaining unit for the dedicated men and women serving as police officers in Anaheim. With a population exceeding 349000 the city is protected by over 400 skilled and committed officers. OUR MISISON The APAs mission is to promote the professional educational economic and social wellbeing of its members enhance camaraderie among them and achieve these goals through legislation legal efforts and other means that benefit the collective membership.
