Library, Community Center, Classroom KORU has impacted, and will continue to impact, the lives of others through the sharing of books, art, ideas, and mindful learning. We provide ELL/ELL, reading, writing, and mindfulness classes. Our arts learning-based work comes from the appreciation of art and the knowledge that multi-sensory learning results in better memory/impact of the skills and information presented. We seek to identify sustainable current and future uses for the library that benefit the community in which it is located. We will acknowledge the needs and priorities, both social and economic, of the community over the coming years. Libraries are a vital educational and social resource. Far from being obsolete, community libraries and the services they offer are more important than ever.
