Rapture Marine Expeditions

Rapture Marine Expeditions exists to provide an opportunity for every participant to be inspired by the sights; sounds and experiences of the ocean and its inhabitans on an expedition away from classrooms and into the heart of the marine environment. RME seeks to be a platform whereby students of all backgrounds and ages can learn about the importance and beauty of our world's oceans. Through inquiry; experiential based marine science education; emphasizing pioneering and creative instruction- our students can gain a deep understanding of the issues of conservation and preservation of marine ecosystems. Our students will leave our program prepared to be future stewards of our earth. Our summer program is a 21 day at sea Waterman Academy that is a training and certification program in water based careers for young boys ages 13 to 19. Young boys needing direction, respect, discipline and character benefit by this experience.
