WE AIM TO PROVIDE INDIVIDUALS WITH THE SKILLS, EXPERIENCES, AND OPPORTUNITIES NECESSARY TO EXCEL IN THEIR CAREERS, WHILE CONTRIBUTING TO INNOVATION AND PROGRESS IN THE SNOWSPORTS INDUSTRY. Our purpose is to provide people with the skills experiences and opportunities necessary to excel in their careers all while contributing to progress and innovation in the snowsports industry. Our vision is to create an accessible and inclusive winter sports community that continuously engages new stakeholders in outdoor recreation and adventure. We aspire to build a snowsports industry that embraces individuals of all backgrounds and abilities fostering a culture of lifelong learning and exploration.
