THE FOUNDATION WILL CARRY OUT THIS MISSION BY: ROUTINELY TALKING WITH THE COMMUNITY TO MAINTAIN A PULSE ON THE HEALTH AND WELLNESS NEEDS. SELECTING NOT FOR PROFIT PARTNERS WHO PROVIDE GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES AND ARE WILLING TO BE CREATIVE AND INVENTIVE IN THEIR APPROACH TO ENHANCING HEALTH AND WELLNESS. FINANCIALLY AND OPERATIONALLY SUPPORTING PARTNERS WHO PURSUE THE IMPROVEMENT OF HEALTH AND WELLNESS.
