Black Hawk County Gaming Association is the non profit license holder of the Isle Hotel Casnio Waterloo in Iowa. In accordance with Iowa law, BHCGA benefits the Cedar Valley by providing proerty tax relief to cities and counties located in a 8 county region in Iowa. Counties in the service area include: Benton, Black Hawk, Bremer, Butler, Buchanan, Chickasaw, Grundy and Tama. The Association accepts, reviews and acts on requests to fund capital projects and capacity-building requests that benefit the Cedar Valley.
