Pacific-Northwest Chinese Nurses Association
Pacific-Northwest Chinese Nurses Association, PCNA, is a U.S. registered non-profit organization founded on July 18th, 2017. Membership consists of nurses, nurse practitioners, and nursing professors with professional degrees in BSN, MSN, DNP, and Ph.D. Chinese American nurses epitomize a fasting-growing professional community that parallels the upscaling Chinese population growth in the U.S. Our association is committed to unite and celebrate nursing among the Chinese American nursing community. We aim to establish a platform for members to make connections and exchange career resources with one and another. Our mission is to diversify future nursing workforce with the hope to improve minority health status. We host social gatherings periodically in the greater Seattle area in Washington.
