Ithaka Housing Relationship First Housing Transitional housing for the most vulnerable in Colorado Springs. We house some of our citys most vulnerable residents supporting them on their journey from homelessness toward stability and growth. Ithaka has supported lowincome residents in Colorado Springs since 1981 and we currently serve about 80 residents across our properties. We provide supportive transitional housing for families single men and seniors as they determine their own path toward the future.
