Loving our neighbors by connecting the most vulnerable and broken-hearted to established ministries. Hometown Connect is a non-profit, philanthropic organization working to address unmet needs in our community. It is our mission to love our neighbors by connecting the most vulnerable and broken-hearted individuals and families in the community to established ministries and resources. We focus on the most vulnerable social determinants of health that cause physical and emotional gaps that are becoming more prevalent in our hometown such as homelessness, impact of addiction and drugs, material needs, access to nutritional foods, access to affordable health care and comprehensive follow-up, medication copay assistance, mental health provider accessibility, grief counseling, and social work.

We are thrilled to announce a new partnership with Campbellsville University’s Center for Faith and Ministry for our weekly meetings of “The Table”. ☕🙏 Every Tuesday morning at 8am, Pastors and Church Leaders from across the community come together to pray specifically over the needs our ministry sees weekly. This time has been utilized to establish connections with churches and the ministry of Hometown Connect.
