PNEUMA MINISTRIES At Pneuma we believe that every orphan deserves the chance to succeed. Our mission is to empower young men aging out of Bolivian orphanages to transition into independent successful adulthood. We do this by providing them with the tools they need to thrive spiritually go to college and obtain the vocational skills. This method has proven to develop young men who in turn help others coming up through the system behind them.
