The Working Cat Project provides humane feline management and welfare services to individuals, animal control agents and community leaders in eastern Nebraska. We seek to increase feral/community cat health and wellness, provide spay/neuter services, rescue orphaned and abandoned kittens, decrease community cat populations, decrease the number of cats and kittens entering the shelter system, and provide cat behavior education. We follow the practices of TNvR (Trap, Neuter(Spay), vaccinate, Release). The domesticated feline deserves a fair, just and humane existence regardless of it's temper and habitat.
