Recognizing the barriers that socioeconomic challenges create within the legal system they formed CapCity Legal to provide accessible legal support to those in need. OUR FOUNDERS Randall a licensed California attorney is a Senior Attorney for Caltrans and brings a wealth of experience from his work in corporate and business law.
