The Transplant House of West Michigan is intentionally located only two miles away from Corewell Health and Trinity Health to ensure that your family is close to advanced transplant care. The Transplant House of West Michigan was founded by two transplant recipients brought together by the gift of organ donation. We understand the hardships and want to help provide a supportive affordable and temporary home away from home for recipients caregivers and those going through the transplant process.
