Your Home Away From HomeA place for transplant patients and their families in West Michigan The Transplant House We want to provide you and your family an affordable temporary home away from home in West Michigan to ease the transitions of your transplant journey. The Transplant House of West Michigan is intentionally located only two miles away from Corewell Health and Trinity Health to ensure that your family is close to advanced transplant care. The Transplant House of West Michigan was founded by two transplant recipients brought together by the gift of organ donation. We understand the hardships and want to help provide a supportive affordable and temporary home away from home for recipients caregivers and those going through the transplant process.
