Leadership Fort Worth Championing LeadersFor A Stronger Fort Worth Since its inception in 1972 Leadership Fort Worth has been committed to building a stronger Fort Worth by creating meaningful connections through our programs and events based on the principle of Community Trusteeship. Community Trusteeship involves holding the entire community in trust or taking responsibility for and acting on behalf of the common good. In the best of circumstances Community Trusteeship means that decisions concerning the community benefit each member of that community. At the very least the decisions do not worsen the position of any member of the community.
