NAVRA intends to provide another platform for rescue personnel throughout North America to share and advance rescue science and technology. We seek to develop proficiency levels in Vehicle Extrication, Command & Control and Pre-Hospital Patient Care to help reduce mortality and morbidity as as result of motor vehicle crashes.
