Mission

The memorial was dedicated in 1928 and features bronze plaques commemorating Portland's fallen firefighters.

The association has collaborated with preservation experts to devise plans for repairs and upgrades, including the restoration of bronze lanterns and the possible addition of a new plaza area to honor all fallen firefighters. These plans aim to maintain the memorial's historic integrity while ensuring its continued relevance and safety for public viewing.
