A collective of involved Yamhill County, Oregon citizenry: building bridges, taking action regarding community concerns over our Houseless Neighbors in McMinnville and beyond. We are seeking realistic strategies, solutions and fast-paced actions. The Mission of ENCOMPASS YAMHILL VALLEY is to: Provide, coordinate and support housing and services to those in Yamhill County who are “houseless.” Build a broad coalition of community partners to seek solutions that will ultimately bring our "houseless crisis" to an end. Encompass Yamhill Valley is a diverse community of partners including houseless neighbors, that advocates, coordinates and supports low barrier affordable housing and services.
