BY PROMOTING THESE ACTIVITIES, THE SPEAK UP FOUNDATION WILL HELP ENSURE THAT ALL CALIFORNIAN PUBLIC SCHOOL CHILDREN HAVE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY TO RECEIVE OUTSTANDING EDUCATIONS.
