Learn More Our Focus To achieve our mission the DC Head Start Association engages its members in leadership advocacy professional development and parentfamily engagement activities. Leadership We support the leadership development of Early Head Start and Head Start staff and parents of young children by offering opportunities to serve on committees and participate in programs. Professional Development We collaborate with local regional and national partners to offer professional development related to Early Head Start and Head Start staff roles and the interests of parents of young children.
