Home Who is the OCHA The purpose of the Ocean City Housing Authority is to provide affordable housing for low and moderateincome for the residents of Ocean City. The OCHA consists of 121 units Bay View Manor and Pecks Beach Village. 81 senior units and 40 family units. A total of 60 units at Pecks Beach Village.
