We grow social emotional skills in an international community passionate for soccer. Lew PublicSchools & Bates College Collaboration. ROSATI LEADERSHIP ACADEMY (RLA) BREAKS DOWN BARRIERS TO AFTER-SCHOOL YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS. RLA CREATES AND SUSTAINS SAFE, FREE, EVERY-DAY, DIVERSE, YOUTH DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENTS WITH CULTURES DEFINED BY SUSTAINABLE, TRUSTING RELATIONSHIPS, RICH SOCIAL-EMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, A FUTSAL MODEL, AND A MINDFULNESS CURRICULUM. STUDENTS HAVE RICH, DAILY LEADERSHIP CHALLENGES; AND THEY TRUST THEM TO EXPERIMENT WITH PROBLEM-SOLVING WITH APPROPRIATE SUPPORTS AND ROLE MODELING.RLA'S TARGET OUTCOMES ARE EMPOWERED PRO-SOCIAL AND COPING BEHAVIORS, ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT, SOCCER MAGIC, BETTER LIFE-OUTCOMES AND INSTILLING HOPE.
