Women of Winter The 2024 Women of Winter National Brotherhood of Snowsports Program Big Sky Resort Big Sky Montana Were here to help you carve your own path. Women of Winters mission is to inspire and empower women and girls to get outside to be courageous and to boldly embrace and pursue their dreams by carving their own paths in the mountains and in life. Our Commitment to Change As Women of Winter grows so does our mission and the lens from which we view it. We are committed to creating safer spaces and opportunities for women to succeed and become leaders in snowsports with the prioritization of Black Brown and Indigenous Women of Color the single most excluded demographic in the snowsports industry.
